✅ Return Eligibility

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as disliking the product, change of mind, or minor colour variations.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

🔍 Return Inspection & Refund Process

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product based on our quality parameters.

If the product is found to be genuinely damaged/defective, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ Important Notes

The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories/tags (if any).

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
